The third edition of the Cambodia Architect and Décor International Exhibition will be held at Phnom Penh’s Diamond Island Convention and Exhibition Center on May 24-26, and will likely focus on the “smart city” concept. Phuong Sophean, Secretary of State of Ministry of Land Management, said smart cities increase people’s living standards and are beneficial to the economy, urging companies in the sector to start thinking about smart houses, smart offices, and smart buildings. Chinakit Viphavakit, general manager of ICVeX Co Ltd that help organize the event, said this year forum will focus on improving offices and buildings through the use of creativity and technology and by incorporating elements of nature.
